Jerry Craven, a native Texan, publishes poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and books for children. He has taught for five universities in three countries and has lived for extended periods of time in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. He has published 20 books including Tickling Catfish, a Texan Looks at Culture from Amarillo to Borneo (creative nonfiction), Snake Mountain (a novel), and three collections of poetry.
